Dr. Nicole Nemeth
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon

Dr. Nemeth is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Biology / Neuroscience. She then received her doctor of medicine degree from the University of South Florida where she was awarded the Joseph Collin’s Foundation scholarship for academic excellence. Dr. Nemeth trained at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston during which time she studied facial aesthetic surgery with Dr. James Stuzin in Miami. Dr. Nemeth has also completed the prestigious Reconstructive Microsurgery Fellowship at the number one-ranked M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Since moving to New York City in 2008, she has held a clinical faculty position at Jacobi Medical Center and teaches plastic surgery residents in the Albert Einstein / Montefiore Medical Center program.
Dr. Vadim Pisarenko

Dr. Vadim Pisarenko is a dual Board Certified plastic and general surgeon in Westchester, NY who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast and body. Dr. Pisarenko graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota majoring in genetics and cell biology and received his Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota as well. His post doctoral training included a General Surgery residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and continued at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/ Montefiore Medical Center in their Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency. Dr. Pisarenko regularly attends numerous medical seminars. He is a member of many professional societies at the local, state, and national levels.
Dr. Chris Devulapalli

Dr. Chris Devulapalli is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He offers a wide array of plastic and reconstructive procedures with particular focus in breast reconstruction for cancer patients, microsurgery, lymphedema surgery, and aesthetic breast and body surgery. Dr. Devulapalli attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed his general surgery and plastic surgery training at the prestigious Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. He stayed at Georgetown to complete a microsurgery fellowship working with internationally recognized experts in complex breast reconstruction, aesthetic breast surgery, and lymphedema surgery. His extensive training enables him to offer the most cutting-edge surgical techniques.

Accreditation and Associations
We maintain an AAAASF accredited surgical suite, equipped like a hospital operating room with the privacy and ease of an office setting, offering full general anesthesia for more complex procedures as well as sedation and local anesthesia for other procedures. We enjoy a strong relationship with some of the finest hospitals in the area, offering overnight and extended post-operative stays if medically advisable. This is ideal for our out of town patients, those with little post-operative help, or those desiring a more private recovery. We can also arrange your recovery with a nurse at a luxury hotel located within minutes of our facility.
Our Founder
Dr. Richard Garvey founded Plastic Surgery of Westchester in 2011 at the current Harrison location. He retired from the practice in January, 2016 after a long and successful career helping to heal and restore the beauty and lives of the many patients he met during his career. Plastic Surgery of Westchester eternally honors Dr. Garvey for his magnanimous spirit, outstanding care of patients, and generosity to all those with whom he befriended.
