LaseMD Ultra Laser
LaseMD Ultra is a gentle but highly effective fractional resurfacing laser with very little downtime. Unlike a traditional laser, LaseMD Ultra targets water molecules in the skin to draw unwanted pigment and irregularities to the surface, making it not only a comfortable treatment but also one that is suitable for any skin type (including dark, pigmented, or tanned skin). The depth of the LaseMD Ultra treatment also can be customized to fit your needs—a light peel to remove top layers for a RED CARPET FACIAL or a deeper one to resurface fine lines, uneven pigment, and mild to moderate sun damage.
The LaseMD Ultra can be combined with other facial treatments such as RF Microneedling for a TOTAL FACE treatment and is the perfect addition to a healthy skincare routine.

LaseMD Ultra Laser FAQ’s
You will feel some heat and tingling as the laser is passed over the skin but the discomfort is very minimal. Depending on the depth of treatment, a numbing cream may be applied prior to the procedure to maximize your comfort.
The average treatment can take between 5 to 20 minutes or longer.
Actinic Keratosis, also known as AK, is a precancerous growth caused by overexposure to UV rays. LaseMD is FDA approved to treat AK.
There will be some visible redness right after treatment which will lessen over the next 24 to 48 hours. You will also have a dry, grainy texture to your skin for up to 1 week thereafter. This is an expected response that resolves after the skin exfoliates and the new layer is revealed. You should be able to resume your normal activities soon after your treatment.
Depending on the depth of treatment, healing time can last anywhere from 1-6 days. Most clients see optimal results within 2-5 days.
To maintain a youthful glow and prevent future skin damage, monthly treatments are recommended as a complement to your skincare routine. Your provider will work with you to find the best treatment regimen based on the results you are trying to achieve.
